During the COVID-19 pandemic, Pioneer Relief Nursery is open and offering services to our community. To ensure that our program remains open and in compliance with all State and Federal regulations, we ask that all community members do the following:

  • Visit Pioneer Relief Nursery by appointment only. Donations, tours, and enrollment visits can be scheduled by calling Pioneer Relief Nursery at (541) 215-1017 or by visiting the Contact Us page of our website.
  • All visitors to Pioneer Relief Nursery will be required to wear a face covering or face shield during their visit. Per State requirements, we must also screen each individual visiting our facility for a fever and ask about COVID exposure and illness symptoms. Individuals with a fever, exposure to COVID-19, or illness symptoms will not be permitted to enter the facility.
  • When visiting Pioneer Relief Nursery, engage in physical distancing of six or more feet from other individuals not in the same household.

Pioneer Relief Nursery is a Certified Child Care Center by the Oregon Office of Childcare. Our agency is required to follow all guidelines in the Office of Childcare rules and the “Health & Safety Guidelines For Child Care And Early Education Operating During COVID-19” A copy of these guidelines can be found here.

As required in the “Health & Safety Guidelines For Child Care And Early Education Operating During COVID-19,” Pioneer Relief Nursery has developed a Health and Safety Plan to identify how our program will maintain compliant with all COVID-19 requirements and safety measures. This document can be reviewed below. If a physical copy of this document is required, please contact Pioneer Relief Nursery to schedule a safe pick-up.
